Had a fantastic experience! The huge bathrooms and comfy beds were a standout. The cookies were a delightful treat. Very clean room made it even better.

Not what I expected

My wife and I stayed here for a week in late November. The welcome was nice, but the room fell flat—basic and way too dark. We had paper coffee cups and a huge gap under the door. We heard screaming from next door all night! Extremely overpriced drinks at the bar too. At least the location was spot on for sightseeing.

I loved my stay here because of the quick walk to Central Park, perfect for my weekend strolls, and the close proximity to the Museum of Modern Art, which made exploring a delight, but the check-in experience could definitely use some improvement.

Diving into the local chow, the seasonal salads from Met Grill were fresh and tasty, while Roberta's Pizza had us savoring every slice like it was a culinary love letter. Plus, the lounge area really nailed the vibe for chill evening hangs with friends.

Still, everything else sparkled.

However, the noise from the corridors can disrupt sleep, especially late at night when travelers are coming and going. I noticed that cleaning lacked attention. used towels were picked up but not replaced, and a few minor items like tea bags were not replenished, which can be frustrating. Also, if you're keen on a tasty cup of tea, the powdered creamer could be a personal letdown—it’s not quite the same vibe as good old milk. Lastly, the in-room maintenance could use some improvement. a maintenance worker arriving unannounced is a little disruptive to setting up your base camp for your NYC adventures.

The hotel's sleek décor and spacious lobby were delightful, creating a welcoming ambiance that felt just right. Accessibility features made moving around easy, which I truly appreciated during my stay. A lovely touch for everyone!

More seating in common areas for relaxation.

The front desk surprised us with an upgrade, and our room had a fantastic balcony where we enjoyed evening breezes. Relaxing by the pool and unwinding in the rooftop lounge made our stay delightful. The bed could've been more comfy, but I still recommend bringing your own pillow for better rest. 🌟

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We loved the beach club and enjoyed some live music every evening. The staff was friendly, and they even offered helpful sightseeing tours for us. Perfect spot to unwind after exploring!

However, we faced a delay at check-in, as our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. It took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating.

The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. Walking distance to key attractions like Times Square and art museums made our trip easy and enjoyable. The room we had was a Double Room Two Double Beds, spacious but a bit outdated. The bathroom needed some upkeep, and the shower had issues that splashed water everywhere. A coffee maker would've been a nice touch. it felt inconvenient to not have that in the room. Despite these hiccups, the stay was pleasant, and I loved that there was a Starbucks nearby for morning caffeine. The staff was mostly friendly, especially Erika at the front desk, who made check-in smooth. However, there were slight delays at check-in when our room wasn’t ready. Still, we had fun exploring the local dining options. I recommend Spice Symphony for great Indian food.

Enjoyed the convenient location and friendly staff, but the room showed signs of wear and could use a refresh. With limited amenities like insufficient towels and no secure Wi-Fi in the room, it fell short in some areas, despite being a decent base for exploring the city.
